Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 17, 2026

1. Introduction

TryPageFlow ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website https://trypageflow.com and the TryPageFlow platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via OAuth (Manus Auth).

Facebook & Instagram Data: To provide the Service, we request access to your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts via the Meta Graph API. We collect page access tokens, page metadata (name, category, follower count), and post performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions). We do not collect personal data of your page followers.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the dashboard.

Communications: If you contact us, we may retain your messages and contact information to respond to your inquiry.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • To generate and publish content to your connected Meta pages on your behalf
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send transactional emails (trial expiry, payment receipts, service updates)
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve the Service
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Facebook Platform Data

Our use of data obtained through the Facebook Platform is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use Facebook data solely to provide the features you request — specifically, to generate and publish content to your pages and to display analytics within your dashboard.

We do not sell, transfer, or use Facebook user data for advertising purposes, nor do we share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., our AI content generation providers). You can revoke our access to your Facebook pages at any time through your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, Kit for email, cloud hosting providers). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities
  • Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

8. Cookies

We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but this may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure session tokens, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
