By accessing or using the TryPageFlow platform at https://trypageflow.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including trial users and paid subscribers.
TryPageFlow is an AI-powered content automation platform that generates, schedules, and publishes content to your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts via the Meta Graph API. The Service also provides analytics, lead capture automation, and performance optimization features.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You must also be the authorized administrator of any Facebook Page or Instagram account you connect to the Service.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, your account will be downgraded to a limited state and the engine will pause publishing. To continue using the Service, you must subscribe to a paid plan.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.

TryPageFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. We are an independent third-party tool that uses the Meta Graph API.
You retain ownership of all content published to your pages through the Service. By using the Service, you grant TryPageFlow a limited license to generate, store, and publish content on your behalf as directed by your account settings.
AI-generated content is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. TryPageFlow is not liable for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of AI-generated content published through the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service, including page growth, engagement rates, lead generation, or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on niche, audience, content quality, and Meta's algorithm.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRYPAGEFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
